After graduated from the University in 2010, I chose JID freshman class for my first job. JID has fully and useful OJT course for freshman. I go through job rotation in R&D, sales, program management and production control department during these 6 years. I think I got profound experience and grow fast than my schoolmate in PM department, because JID managers in different departments teach us how to make strategy from their view at that time. It's really a nice conducted.
JID is a large farm for I show and I reap. I am ready for a career that offers a challenge in JID.
